Room for improvement, but still one of my most used tools.

Contacted Rating Captain support because my Google Business Profile name is changing every day, and Rating Captain is not showing any alert for the name change.

I bought Rating Captain for one main reason: to automatically block or reverse unauthorized changes. Right now it is not doing that, so I am forced to manually change my business name back every single day. That is extremely time consuming and defeats the entire purpose of the purchase.

Support initially replied and said they would “look into it” (2 days ago). Since then, they have gone silent, and messages to their support email are now bouncing back as undeliverable.

On top of that, trying to book a demo call shows no availability for 1 to 2 weeks.

I am leaving 1 taco for now because the core feature I purchased for is not working, and I cannot reliably reach support. I will increase the tacos once these issues are fixed.

I've been really pleased with the progress in the development of this platform. Features are constantly being added and any bugs or quirks are promptly addressed. The team has also helped me deal with Google Business Profile inconsistencies, going above and beyond the scope of the product itself. Thanks, guys.

I've been using this for a little while and it's great. I own a marketing agency and the current SEO software I use is absurdly expensive to include map views, so this was a great solution.

It's great for showing clients how they are ranking. It's pretty simple, but does what we need.

It's easy to setup and use, only reason I gave 4 and not 5 tacos is the post scheduling could be better. You can't just upload a photo + caption and schedule it like a normal scheduler. You either have to post it 1 by 1, or bulk-schedule posts that don't allow you to select a specific photo.

I'd love to schedule posts from here instead of having to use space in my social scheduler, but it's still a bit limited for now - I'm sure they will improve it though.

I actually got the LTD for Local Rank Tracker a while back, but I held off on leaving a review because I wanted to see how the tool performed, give it some time to mature and overcome initial bumps in the road, and compare side by side with an established competitor.

This tool is great! It has become a genuinely competitive tool in its ecosystem. I compared this with LocalDominator's map pack rankings and they aligned, so I trust the rankings, which you'd think was a given, but I've tried many tools for SEO and Local SEO that just get the basic rankings wrong.

I also like that you can customise the area you want to track. You don't have to select a pre-determined area around the business address. If I have a client on the edge of a city, I can cover the city, not a radius around the address. This is another massive win for me.

I think this tool should be closer to 5 tacos, but think it had a hard time when it first launched, which is a shame. Genuinely awesome tool that's adapted and built to overcome any challenges and now becoming one of my daily drivers.
