I’ve explored many reputation management tools, and I can say with confidence that Rating Captain is spectacular software. It is easily the best in the market regarding functionality, automation, and overall performance.
I want to highlight that the current online reports with shareable links are absolutely amazing—they are modern, professional, and exactly what I need when presenting digitally. However, the experience falls short when it comes to the printed versions. The printed reports look too simple and aren't attractive at all, which makes them difficult to use for high-level client handovers.
To bridge this gap and make the platform perfect, I am missing the fantastic shareable link feature in these two sections:
"Quick Scan"
"Statistics"
If we could share these specific sections via a dynamic link rather than relying on a static printout, it would be a total game-changer for my workflow.
Bottom line: I am 100% willing to change this to a 5-star review as soon as the shareable link feature is added to the "Quick Scan" and "Statistics" sections. This tool is already top-tier, and this one update would make it unbeatable!

Still Allows Google to Add Unwanted Services to My Business Profile
I specifically selected this feature because the software claims it will stop Google from adding unrelated services to my Google Business Profile. Even with the 24 hour listing protection enabled, Google is still able to add unwanted services, and the software does not prevent or restore these changes. This was the only reason I purchased the software, and it does not perform as advertised.

Please guide me - Under location on editing profile there is no option to add address.
We made a choice to not show address in Google, I hope you dont force use to show this?

Do you know how many plumbers and electricians work from their own home and dont want their address shown on Google maps? You are a local rank tracker that cant serve plumbers and electricians .. come on dude... you must realise how bad this is?
other trackers offer easily tracking businesses without a public maps address.
you need to step up your game.

Edited Dec 3, 2025Address is required only for the Rank Tracker (map positions). For all other features of the tool, you don’t need an address at all.
Without coordinates, the map cannot work — this is a Google limitation, not something we enforce.
You can keep the address completely hidden from customers. Nothing will show publicly.
But for the map tracker to function, the pin must exist.
