the app in early stage but effort been putting into it and new update comes every few weeks.

- please stop removing benefits from the account forcing to upgrade it should be what i bought what i keep getting

I give Taco's a 5. The app has some flaws.
I have the impression that the app is still in beta (there's a note about it in the app itself).

Pros:
- The promised features are there!
- The product map!
- Great customer service
- The app used to be slow, but now it's fast!

Cons:
- Some keywords get stuck when added across accounts. They can't reach 100%.

Here's what I can say so far. It's the first map tracker that I've used for my marketing business. It is not the first one that I've ever used. So with that said, it is pretty intuitive if you've ever used one. I don't think it can get much easier unless they start automating the whole thing. I suppose you could identify the lower ranking keywords and then have it go do what needs to be done to increase that rating. But until AI gets that good, this is a perfect deal. It's inexpensive compared to mainstream tools... by far. Also, I love that it is white label. I've used some white label tools in the past and they hyperlink like crazy and embed their brand everywhere. Not this one. Why does it matter? Because when I'm presenting to my clients, I want them focused on map and keywords, not on a tool that bombards you with popups (Ubersuggest). Anyway, great tool. It is a little slow when you're loading it all for the first time because it does have to scrape and populate. But once that's done, it's just a few seconds to pull up any keywords on your list. Same goes for shifting between your clients. Also a nice feature. Just click the dropdown and it starts populating. I also like that it gives advice on what to do to make improvements. That's great for clients and for internal new hires. "Great, one less thing I have to break down for a new hire." They can play with it, go through the tutorials and pick it up pretty quick. Admittedly, I don't think I paid full attention to all of the training but it is a straight forward setup so just click around a bit and you'll see what I mean.

I’ve probably been using this app during some updates, and I’ve encountered the 404 page several times. Despite showing significant progress in the past few months, I hope the team can manage everything soon. They have a roadmap and are actively involved in customer support. Overall, the app works as expected, and I haven’t noticed any critical issues. However, there are a few minor issues. For instance, the localization is focused on Europe, and by default, it uses English UK. There’s no option for English US when answering reviews. I purchased the highest tier to get more updates and the white label option.

Since I purchased this software, I've seen the team's efforts to fix bugs and create new features.

I'm not using it 100% because I have other tools that provide me with other metrics about competitors and such, things this one doesn't yet.

But I strongly believe in the tool's potential and the way it's evolving; it's definitely a good investment.

I purchased Tier 4 and feel the need to purchase more. I believe it will be worth it. However, I'm in Brazil, and here this software costs six times more due to the exchange rate. Even so, it will be worth the investment.
