I’ve been testing quite a few reputation management tools lately, and I can say without a doubt that Rating Captain is spectacular software. It is easily the best in the market when it comes to functionality, review collection automation, and overall stability. If you are looking for a powerhouse to manage your brand’s reputation, this is it.

However, I’m giving it 4 stars for now because the reporting system needs a bit more polish. Currently, the printed reports look too simple and not attractive at all for high-end client presentations.

To make this a true 5-star experience, I am missing the fantastic shareable link feature in two key sections:

"Quick Scan"

"Statistics"

Having a live, dynamic shareable link for these sections would be a game-changer. It would allow us to provide clients with a modern, interactive view of their data rather than relying on the current static PDF/print reports.

Note to the team: I am 100% willing to change this to a 5-star review the moment these shareable links are added to the "Quick Scan" and "Statistics" sections! This is a top-tier tool, and with a more modern approach to reporting, it would be absolutely unbeatable.
