Great product
I think it is one of the best apps for GBP management in appsummo. The team is open to listen ourrequests and possibly implement them. They have great user interface so you wont get lost in the sea of settings. One thing that i would believe would make this product go to the next level is this:
1) Having an option where you can see an average ranking number of all the keywords that you track in one dashboard. Also to show the history tracking of that number so we can see where it was before and use this as a guide for quick wins so it can help us sign up more clients by showing them this number.
2) A number in dashboard of how many keywords got decreased and increased.
3) What percentage of the times we showed up, we touch rankings number 1, eg 25% of the times we were in top3 places of the 3 pack.
Overall i feel they re in the right direction, keep it up guys!

Your suggestions about the dashboard are spot-on. Tracking the average keyword rank, visualizing rank history, and showing keyword movement stats (up/down) are all valuable ideas. Also, the percentage of times you appear in the top 3 — that's a great metric and definitely something we’ll explore further with our team.
