I do not recommend this platform
it’s unstable, buggy, and completely unreliable.
I’ve encountered constant crashes and 404 errors, and key UI elements (like the “Add Keyword” button) randomly disappear. Even when the app does load, it’s unbearably slow. Navigation is a mess: every time you click to switch businesses it stubbornly defaults back to your first location. The Custom Domain feature is broken—domains you add never show up, there’s zero usable documentation, and support hasn’t responded despite multiple requests.
On top of that, their promises about updates and support are flat-out false. There were no updates between late October 2024 and February 2025—over three months of radio silence—and even the February “update” was nothing more than cosmetic tweaks. They claim to respond within a day, yet tickets routinely go 4–5 days without a word. A colleague actually refunded his Tier 5 subscription in frustration.
This tool has potential, but in its current state it’s full of critical bugs, almost never updated, and you can’t rely on support. If you need local SEO software you can depend on, look elsewhere—this one simply isn’t ready for production.

Just to clarify: we’ve actually rolled out a lot of small updates and improvements over the past few months. Our dev team works in weekly sprints, constantly releasing minor fixes, UX tweaks, and backend updates. That said – and you're absolutely right here – we rarely communicate these updates publicly (e.g., via changelogs or email). That’s a mistake on our part, and it’s something we’ll be working to improve immediately.
I’m really sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced – especially the instability, slow loading, and support delays. This isn’t the experience we aim to deliver.
