It still needs some polishing and fewer 404 page
I’ve probably been using this app during some updates, and I’ve encountered the 404 page several times. Despite showing significant progress in the past few months, I hope the team can manage everything soon. They have a roadmap and are actively involved in customer support. Overall, the app works as expected, and I haven’t noticed any critical issues. However, there are a few minor issues. For instance, the localization is focused on Europe, and by default, it uses English UK. There’s no option for English US when answering reviews. I purchased the highest tier to get more updates and the white label option.

Over the weekend, we migrated our system to Amazon AWS, so you should notice a significant improvement in performance and stability moving forward. We're still ironing out a few things post-migration (including those 404s!), but the groundwork is now much stronger.
We really appreciate your support and the detailed notes — especially around localization. We're already planning to add more flexibility for review replies, including US English.
