Poor Support Experience Despite a Good Tool
The tool itself is good the interface is clean and easy to use. Local rank tracking works as expected.
The support experience is very poor. I booked a demo on 20 January 2025 no one joined the meeting i waited 30 minutes no follow up even from there end. I booked another demo for 28 Dec 2025 for 7 January 2026. The meeting was canceled by their team "PawelBurda".
I am on Tier 4 and facing ranking lag issues that require a video call. Demo calls are either unattended or canceled. If support is not available, this feature should not be offered.
Good product. Weak support. This needs serious improvement.
