This software is already very useful. There's definitely room for improvement, but they are actively developing it and it seems like they also have an active user base.

The formatting is European Centric (kilometers only, and date format). Also, User access levels are not granular. The main account is an admin, and the other accounts have much more limited access. It would be nice to have something in between. And, the interface for managing the same keyword at different distance radii is a little cumbersome.

Other than those things, which I expect will be resolved before long, it's a very useful tool for looking at GBP results, and monitoring the impact of changes. I definitely recommend it!
