Rating Captain not alerting or auto-reverting GBP name changes + support email bouncing
Contacted Rating Captain support because my Google Business Profile name is changing every day, and Rating Captain is not showing any alert for the name change.
I bought Rating Captain for one main reason: to automatically block or reverse unauthorized changes. Right now it is not doing that, so I am forced to manually change my business name back every single day. That is extremely time consuming and defeats the entire purpose of the purchase.
Support initially replied and said they would “look into it” (2 days ago). Since then, they have gone silent, and messages to their support email are now bouncing back as undeliverable.
On top of that, trying to book a demo call shows no availability for 1 to 2 weeks.
I am leaving 1 taco for now because the core feature I purchased for is not working, and I cannot reliably reach support. I will increase the tacos once these issues are fixed.
