Imported my GBP listings from our agency dashboard. Fine. But I want to add other GBPs that are not in our dashboard. Emailed support several times. They didn't read my emails and gave me replies that did not address my needs. I can only assume you can't do recurring map grid ranking reports unless you have it in your GBP management dashboard? Anyway, the app is also buggy. They claim all of these "features" but there's nothing you can't already do in your GBP profile. Worst of all, the map grid rank tracking is extremely slow and buggy. Refunded.
