Unusable product in the actual state
I’m sorry to say this, but at the moment it’s not possible to use the platform fluently:
- The interface feels slow and unresponsive.
- Sections occasionally become unusable because they get stuck loading.
Right now, I’m trying to switch between sections, but none of them will load.
This isn’t an angry post... it’s from someone who’s tried to use the service frequently over many days. I believe this tool has tremendous potential, which is why I haven’t asked for a refund yet... but in its current state, it’s unusable.
Moreover, the tool is labeled as a “beta version” within the app in the "need help" section, yet this isn’t indicated in the AppSumo description. When you purchase a “full version” of a platform for professional use, you don’t expect to be beta-testing it... We all know that Appsumo is a platform for starter founders/developers to push their products, but you must provide a minimum usable product and if it is in BETA state, at least you must clearly tell the curstomer before buying it as an act of transparency.
I hope the developers addresses these performance and optimization issues soon. With its current performance and optimizacion problems, the app can’t be used in a professional environment, despite its great potential.
