I really wanted this product to help me rank higher on google maps. As a service-based business without an address, the functionality was limited. I would not recommend this product to anyone, but especially not service based businesses. I scheduled a video call with Rating Captain to help get my account set up correctly, but they didn't show up for our scheduled call. I emailed asking to reschedule or to get support via e-mail, but have not heard back for over 2 weeks.
