so can i ask it for restaurants in florida and it will simply create a spreadsheet with all that data is that correct

"Florida" is too big an area no site will give you all of the results for such a large area in one go. We scrape sites like Google Maps the same way a user can see the results. If you go to google maps right now and do any search you will see they give about 120 results for any search. The key is to break down your areas into as small of locations as possible and do more searches.
