A: This really depends. If you mean copyrighted, then factual information cannot be copyrighted. Google doesn't own the address, phone number, and website of a business. You are free to use that anywhere. If you mean the image of the business used for the listing this is usually owned by the person that took it, they give Google the right to use it when they agree to upload it. Same for written user reviews. Usually the site says the person that posted it is the owner of the review, so if they say horrible stuff the site is liable.

I will say that I am not aware of any of my customers ever getting into legal trouble for using the program.
