Sorry there is not a way to do this with the scraper. We scrape from sources like google maps, yellow pages, bing maps, yahoo local. They only contain normal business details and don't have any indication on the size of a business or about its ownership.

What you can do is use the program to scrape everything and then just sort the data out in the end. You could also scrape with assumptions, for example most "chinese restaurants" wouldn't be corporate so if you scraped them you could probably just use that data for your needs. You would only have to remove a few popular chains like Panda Express or something. If you already know your industry then you may already know the searches that most likely wouldn't be a chain, and if you see the chains in the results you could delete them out.
