i bought and redeem my code but never received license or registration email. sent email to support 12 hours ago but still no response. How long does it takes?

Feb 18, 2026A: This customer gave an invalid email address to my server when they registered and both the license email and welcome email bounced back from gmail with a 550 error from Gmail saying that the email provided does not exist. They ran into this issue when I boarded a 20hr long set of international flights without wifi or it would have been resolved sooner.

It's been 18 hours and the seller still did not send me registration details nor answered the support email I sent. I am not sure in which time zone he is but 18 hours is more than enough time to wait for a new buyer to receive just a license / registration email. I hope he is doing well and get back to me ASAP.

24 hours passed and still there is nothing. People can imagine the support this developer is giving to paying customers. He does not even check his emails and just collects sales on appsumo.
