Does the live chat actually work, or is there an issue with it? If I cannot get a response via live chat, is the only alternative to reach out through email? Are there any other methods available to contact your support team?
The live chat is functioning properly on our end, and we're still receiving tickets from users there daily. It's possible that something on your website is blocking it. At the moment, we're providing support through both live chat and email.
