🚀 Introducing the AI Agent for Google Sheets! 🤖

You've seen how Logic Sheet can automate tasks with triggers and actions. Now, what if you could skip building those multi-step workflows and just... ask for what you want?

That's exactly what the new AI Agent action does. It's like having an intelligent assistant living right inside your spreadsheet. Instead of you figuring out the steps, the AI Agent does it for you.

How does it work? ✨

It's simple! You just add the "AI Agent" action to any automation and describe your goal in plain English.

For example, instead of setting up three separate actions to:

1. Get data from a URL
2. Parse the result
3. Write it to a cell

You can now simply tell the AI Agent: "Get the product title from https://dummyjson.com/products/122 and put it in cell C2."

The AI Agent, powered by Google Gemini or OpenAI (your choice!), will understand your goal, create a plan and execute it automatically. It can even read data from your sheet and pass information between steps.

What can you do with it? 🤔

Enrich Data: "Find the website for the company name in {{Column B}} and put it in {{Column C}}."

Summarize Content: "Read the article at the URL in {{Column A}} and write a 3-sentence summary in {{Column B}}."

Draft Communications: "Write a follow-up email to {{Column A}} about their order {{Column B}} and mention their interest in {{Column C}}."

And so much more! If you can describe it, the agent can likely do it.

This is a massive leap forward from just generating text. The AI Agent is a doer. It uses the same powerful actions you're familiar with (like sending emails, Slack messages, and HTTP requests) as its tools to accomplish complex tasks.

We believe this will be a true game-changer for automating your work and unlocking new possibilities in Google Sheets. This is the most significant update we've ever released, and it's all thanks to the incredible support and feedback from the AppSumo community.

This transition marks a new chapter for Logic Sheet. We are passing the torch to a new team that has the resources and energy to take this product further. The new owner is fully committed to the long game.
