I am looking for a tool that can revive a webhook and apply the data from that webhook(email response) through a series of steps. Including sending the info via webhook to another platform and also applying a few gpt steps to understand and formulate a response to it.

Essentially I want to receive a response to a cold outreach email which will trigger my outreach program to send a webhook with all the data. I need that data to be analyzed for sentiment and context, it will also need the contact data sent to my crm via webhook, the context of the response will need to be turned into a personalized response and then send over the the prospect.
