Q: Can I use this tool to organize rows in a Google Sheet into different categories, based on the context of each row?

I brainstormed different ideas and wrote each idea on its own row in a Google Sheet. However, my list of ideas grew to take up 5000+ rows on the Google Sheet. The ideas are on different topics and they are scattered, so it's difficult to read through them. I want to organize them into multiple different categories, but it's very tedious and time-consuming to manually organize every single row. To make this list of ideas easier to read & understand, I need to create specific categories, and use AI to organize my rows according to the category that best represents each idea. For this to work, the AI needs to be able to go through a long list of rows (over 5000 rows), understand the context of individual rows, and move each row under the category where it belongs.

Is your AI tool able to help me with this task on Google Sheets?

Thank you!

A: Yes — this is a great use case for Logic Sheet.

You can absolutely use Logic Sheet to categorize thousands of rows in a Google Sheet based on the context of each row, using AI.

How this typically works:

You define your categories (for example in a column, a separate sheet, or directly in the instruction).

You ask the AI agent in plain language to:

read each row,

understand the meaning of the idea,

assign the most relevant category,

write that category into a column (or flag / group rows accordingly).

Logic Sheet runs directly inside Google Sheets, so there is no need to export data or use external tools. It works well for large datasets like 5,000+ rows, commonly used for idea clustering, CRM cleanup, content planning, or research organization.

For very large sheets, we recommend processing rows in batches to stay within fair-usage limits and to keep execution reliable and predictable.

In short:
✅ Yes, Logic Sheet can understand context
✅ Yes, it can categorize thousands of rows
✅ Yes, it works natively in Google Sheets

Hope this helps!
