Q: Does Tier three include 20 members or is it really unlimited as long as we do not overuse it?
I understand the fair usage policy — so as long as we keep our AI usage within reasonable limits, it shouldn’t matter how many member accounts we have, correct? Over time, as our clients grow and move to their own systems and other domains, they can then subscribe (or purchase LTDs) directly through you.
So essentially, it’s fine for us to have an unlimited number of members as long as we manage usage responsibly and continue to promote your platform — encouraging others (outside our domain) to use and benefit from it just as we do. Its a win win for both of us us if you do allow us unlimited seats as we would promote your system
LogicSheetApp
Jan 6, 2026A: Yes — Logic Sheet can be used as a webhook receiver and webhook sender, and you can absolutely build workflows like the one you described (receive → analyze with AI → route → respond).
How this would work in practice
1) Receive the inbound webhook (your email reply payload)
Your outreach tool sends a webhook to Logic Sheet.
Logic Sheet stores the incoming data into a Google Sheet row (e.g., sender, message body, timestamps, campaign ID, etc.).
2) Run AI steps on the message
From there, you can apply multiple AI actions, for example:
Sentiment detection (positive / neutral / negative)
Intent classification (interested / not interested / asking questions / objection)
Entity extraction (name, company, role, phone, key details)
Suggested next action (follow up, book a call, remove from sequence, escalate)
3) Send structured data out to your CRM
Logic Sheet can send a webhook to another system (CRM, automation platform, etc.) with:
the contact fields
the AI output (sentiment/intent)
tags/status updates
4) Generate a personalized reply draft
Logic Sheet can generate a suggested response using GPT (based on your tone, offer, and rules).
You can then either:
send it out automatically via a connected email tool / webhook endpoint, or
keep it as a draft for review (recommended for cold outreach to avoid mistakes).
Best practice recommendation
For compliance and quality control, many teams start with:
✅ automated classification + CRM update
✅ AI-generated reply as a draft
…and only later move to full automation once they trust the workflow.
Summary
✅ Receive inbound webhooks
✅ Write incoming payload into Sheets
✅ Run multiple AI steps (sentiment, intent, extraction, response drafting)
✅ Send outbound webhook(s) to CRM / other tools
✅ Optionally trigger sending the reply (or keep it for review)
If you share which outreach tool + CRM you’re using, I can outline the cleanest integration pattern.
