But sending emails via an external SMTP source was never available in Logic Sheet. Our focus is primarily on automating workflows within Google Sheets, so we support sending emails directly from Google Sheets but not through external SMTP servers.

However, you can still connect to third-party email services like SendGrid via API using Logic Sheet's HTTP Request action, which requires some knowledge of API connections.
