Why is the upload per file now limited to 10MB, whereas previously I could upload up to 56MB per file?

@Abah Can you confirm that the upload file size is restricted to 10 MB ?
In my case, in reference manager ➜ Upload, it says Max. 100MB or 2 000 pages per file
