I'm a LTD tier 2 user and I have got unilimited AI usage but today after a few question Logically say me that "You’ve reached the standard AI model usage limit"! Is it a joke? I bought Tier 2 plan!

I dunno who to vent out my anger on as I felt like I got scammed and cheated... Like... Why did you offer "Unlimited" usages for standard models for Tier 1 if you can't honour that promise? Beside coming to this page to vent out, I don't know what else to do because it's too late to ask for a refund now!
If certain users engage in automated or abnormal usage that violates the fair use policy, only those individuals should be restricted. Who exactly is using it in such a manner, and to what extent? I regard this as merely an excuse and find it entirely unconvincing. Logically, the policy can be determined at their discretion. This lacks any foundation of legitimacy. Logically’s emails, which always arrogantly dictate to consumers as if justified, provoke intense anger. I remain skeptical about every transaction on AppSumo.
Can you please explain why you are limiting and restricting the usage of Standard AI models? We know that the advanced ones have operating costs for you, but restricting the standard ones is just merely disrespectful towards early supporters, and also because these are way cheaper.
