I truly cherished this app from the moment it was called Afforai. However, the first time I encountered an issue, it became evident that there is neither customer support nor genuine care. The emails I received were evasive, merely stating that the matter would be addressed—and then nothing more followed.
Specifically, I gifted a subscription to a friend using my credit card. Later, this friend purchased a lifetime subscription via AppSumo. After a year, I was charged €128 and inquired with support whether this was a renewal of my friend’s subscription, and if so, whether his subscription had been upgraded to PRO to include additional storage and the Researching Models feature. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I received no response.
Customer care is paramount, and Logically sorely lacks it.
