Free trial?

I tried to go through all the hoops of dl and free trial then literally anything you click says upgrade. Is the free trial just a email phishing scheme or is there some way to try this software before i buy

I didnt use any ai features or any features, it made me give and reconfirm my email 3\u002D4 times then finally accepted by key and says im greenlit and activated then still says upgrade anytime i click anything to try creating a login. Must be broken
