Tons of Errors Could Not Search Anything

You get what you pay for I guess. Gave it a try. Nothing worked. The proxy brought up google but so many errors all over the place. Not worth my time

Terrible Experience – Lifetime Membership is a Joke

I purchased the lifetime membership on March 13, 2025 and everything worked fine until recently. Today is September 15, 2025, and suddenly I can’t log in at all. The system keeps showing: “Sorry, the membership does not exist for this email.” It repeatedly asks me to verify my membership, but nothing works.

I’ve wasted an entire day trying to fix this and it’s still unusable. A company that can’t even maintain a basic membership system is highly unreliable, and I seriously doubt the quality of their other products.

Selling a “lifetime” membership and then failing to honor it is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

Does NOT Work On Mac

Unfortunately, I found out the hard way that it doesn't work on Mac computers, even though it clearly states in the checklist under the product purchase price that it "Runs On Mac & PC." This is not the case. After hours of frustration trying to get it to work on my Mac, I decided to contact support through the chatbot on the back office page. It is an AI chatbot conversation that leads to nowhere.

I finally joined the Logii FB group, which is a private community. Once I was accepted, I contacted one of the Admins about it not working on my Mac computer. Only then was I told that it doesn't work on Mac.

I don't understand why it is still being sold with the words "Runs On Mac & PC" in the description, knowing that it does not work on Mac computers. My opinion is that this needs to be fixed, or people need to be told that it will not work if they have a Mac computer. Again, my opinion.

The Cost of a "Bargin"

"First, the support is the worst I have ever encountered. The live chat agents on the website had no idea about the product, even with simple questions. I had to search through the product page and tool myself to figure things out. Although they assured me they'd follow up by email with the information, they never did.

The browser does not save any data or logins, so my employees have to log back in repeatedly. It has a poor interface, and many functions do not work as intended. This is not a Chromium-based browser like many competitors offer.

The licensing system is confusing. Each of my employees must download the software, and it sends an activation link that works only about half the time. There’s a limit of 10 licenses, yet I have no idea which license I’m using, nor is there any way to deactivate old licenses, as I can’t view them in a centralized place. They should store this information in the cloud, like many of the better tools.

The tool’s simplicity isn’t inherently bad, but I wish it worked better. There’s also confusion around exporting profiles. When you bulk export, it includes proxy and other information, but it cannot be imported in bulk even within the same platform. You must manually export each profile and then arrange and transfer them to another person or computer.

If this browser were Chromium-based, bug-free, and had a more functional licensing system, I’d probably like it. However, these issues seem unlikely to be fixed, as other users have highlighted similar concerns. If your work is important, I wouldn’t recommend this tool. Consider looking for a better alternative.
