So far a waste of time
I had really high hopes for this software and was willing to set aside my concerns about security to benefit from the increased productivity of not having to deal with two factor authentication issues with my team and my clients.
But that is not the case. I have spent a few hours on trying to get this software to work. IT IS NOT AS EASY AS THEY SAY! I want to be wrong. I want to be able to use this software to do what they say it will do but it just doesnt work. I keep having to deal with two factor authentication. If you can help me fix this I will revise my review bit based on my experience not only do I want my money back I want my time back.

I am sorry, it seems there's some confusion. The Two-factor authentication should not even be a problem, because there's a skip for now button right there. You can just click Skip for now and it's fine.
What sort of problems have you got? You haven't detailed any. If you tell us what problem you faced, we will certainly help you.
Did you start off a chat or create a support ticket? We don't see this :(
