I purchased MAXIMUM Tier 3. It is Impossible to "spend" the "remaining credits" in your account without "upgrading" paying more.

Silly me, fell for another bait-and-switch!
Don't know why I would've thought it might actually be possible to "USE" or perhaps "SPEND" my monthly credits that I paid for, NOT SO FAST!! If you generate a handful (20-40) images at THEIR DEFAULT 1024x1024px in any given month, as any normal person/user would naturally and obviously do, you get trapped in PURGATORY, UNABLE TO SPEND ANY OF YOUR REMAINING "1594" credits without paying them more money. Their web-app "magically" (Planned-obsolecencely) shuts-down, refuses to generate ANYthing, and legit won't work anymore if you don't decide to "BUY MORE CREDITS".

Kthx, but first, I'd REALLY LIKE to be able to USE and/or spend any of the remaining ~1600 credits I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR!!

I TRIED VERSION 1.1, I TRIED VERSION 2.0 & 3. I TRIED EVERYTHING, different browser, reboot, etc etc. NOTHING WORKS. THIS IS A BUNCH OF CRAP!! TOTAL SCAM!!! Kindly please advise via comment reply right here once this feature, ahhemn, I mean "bug" is fixed. I just now reported it via your inbuilt "bug reporting" tool. Thank you kindly in advance for your forthcoming response and correction of your broken web-app.

It just doesn't work.

Logo Diffusion is an incredible idea, it just doesn't work. For one, I bought the AppSumo deal and registered correctly, but it only gave me access to the Free plan, which is limited to 40 credits. Further, those credits are supposed to renew every month- they didn't. Even further, the one project I asked for (which used 8 credits) didn't come out with the proper colors or any direction that I gave it. I've tried to contact support on several occasions with not a single answer, not even an acknowledgement of my ticket. It's like the system broke and everyone quit, just past my ability to refund.

1000 tries for 1 Image

Do not like the 750 monthly credits
30 vectorization jobs per month (Just fragments that makeup letters; not even something you can work with).
75 1024 x 1024 pixel images per month as you think you have 750 credits (but the trick here is only 75 at high quality) and you will never get the logo you want in 75 tries. Like the licks of the lollipop you have no clue when Logo Confusion (Diffusion) will get it right. It cannot get words spelled right- even when you have used the app's importance arrows and spelled it correctly in prompt & in 3D prompt if applicable. It does create great images, if you have another program to create the font design, or my only sort of success is going into Photoshop making adjustments, and then using that as a reference. I have sent questions and concerns to support several times and they do not follow up or help.

Great in theory, frustrating to use

Horrible results, buggy interface, slow loading. Not there yet.

It spells everything wrong

I've gone through a ton of credits already, probably done over 20 images, and 1 had the right spelling, and that one had larua ipsum in it to accompany the right text. I don't know, hopefully it gets better in the future. I probably should have just paid my designer. If it improves I'll come back and update my review, but not happy how many credits its taking to try and get it right.
