Q: Importing Reviews from Google and other platforms
Is there a way to import text reviews from other platforms such as Google Business Profile or Facebook? What does that process look like? Is the system able to do so automatically or is it a manual import every time?

We have an importing feature from Senja.io, Testimonial.io, and manual CSV import with simple field matching. These are manual importing methods—we don't currently have an auto-import feature. We'll consider adding this to our roadmap with the team. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
Is it possible to add tags to testimonials and only embed testimonials with a specific tag on a specific page? For example, if I have a page about dogs, I only want to embed testimonials that I've tagged with the term dog.
Are embeds the number of testimonials you can collect and embed on a website at one time? That term is unclear to me, as other products that collect testimonials sometimes limit the number of testimonials collected.
How does this compare to senja.io?

A: Hi dev_tester,
We don't have a tagging feature, but we recommend creating a collection form specific to a purpose. That way, you can embed the testimonials collected by this form.
"Embeds" refers to how many widgets (Wall of Love, Carousel, Badge) you can place on your website—not the number of testimonials. For example, Tier 2 includes 100 embeds and 25 video testimonials.
I'm pretty sure these are "active" embeds, but I'll ask anyway to be sure. :D

Here's how it works: Once you embed the code on your website with a single script tag, it automatically updates whenever you approve new testimonials. You literally approve once, and your embeds display the testimonials everywhere, forever — no need to re-embed or reinstall anything.
I see that branding removal is included in every tier, but could you clarify if custom domain / CNAME support is included or on your immediate roadmap? Thank you.

Can we monitor how many embeds we have left on the dashboard? And also the forms and storage limits, can they be monitored on the dashboard?
