LocolingQ: Forms & Embeds
Hello!
1. One form is for one product, or service, or branch location, or client (for agencies)?
So on Tier 1, we can use LoveBoard for up to 50 different products, services, branch locations, or clients?
2. Can we select multiple forms for one embed? Or is the option only either ONE or ALL for a single embed?
Scenario: Brand A has 5 stores, and Brand B also has 5 stores = total of 10 Forms.
I would like to create 2 embeds. 1 for each brand containing 5 forms each. I will combine the reviews from each of the 5 stores which are all under the same brand. Will that work?
3. How do you count embeds? If I embed on my root domain, subdomain, and subdirectory - will that count as 3 embeds or just 1 since it will have the same domain?
So, on Tier 1, one form can be embeded 50x, or 50 forms can be embeded 1x each?

1. It looks like this, but there are some limitations. You get 50 form slots on Tier 1, and each form url includes workspace slug and video/audio limits are workspace-wide, not per form.
2. You can pick one form or all forms for an embed — there's no in-between. So combining a specific group of 5 stores into one embed isn't possible in a single workspace. To group by brand, put each brand in its own workspace and use "All forms."
3. One embed = one embed. Whether it's a domain, subdomain, or subdirectory, it still counts as a single embed.
