Q: Workspace:

I have a quick question in regards to workspace and the ability to add people in a larger area. As I work in the very large state and we have agents across the state, I'm wondering: is that workspace an individual application? In other words, I can get the other agent the ability to work specifically with their brokerage and their own people inside their brokerage? And if that's the case, can we as an agency charge them for the use of the platform (i.e. the workspace)?

One additional question in regards to this application. When you indicate the number of spaces available, if I have a workspace, does that have that specific number of available spaces or is that the number of spaces available on the platform for all workspaces? For example does 10 workspaces each have 20 members?

A: Hey there! 👋

Great questions:

1. Yes — workspaces are fully isolated. Each workspace has its own testimonials, forms, embeds, and its own member list, so you can give each brokerage their own workspace and invite their people only into that one. Agents in one workspace can't see another workspace's data.
2. As for charging them: you're free to use LoveBoard for client work and bill your clients for the service you provide — that's a common agency setup. Just note it isn't a white-label reseller platform: the account (and the AppSumo license) belongs to your agency, and clients would be working inside your account's workspaces.
3. Member limits are per workspace, not platform-wide. So on Tier 3 you get 10 workspaces and each one can have up to 20 members — not 20 shared across all of them.

Hope that helps!
