They rebranded from Lovo to Genny. All these people calling them scammers did not read the email that was sent out prior to the rebrand. Existing users of Lovo could continue to use Genny, but we were required to renew it each year (no additional payments).
I suggest you search that email and follow the instructions - reachout, hopefully they can still help you.

Used the money and reviews from AppSumo to build a new product which is also called Lovo but uses AI. Downgraded all AppSumo users to a free plan and just shut down the old platform saying they were not sustainable. But they can sustain the new platform with money earned from AppSumo.
Did not use this product much because the voices were pretty bad when they launched. Waited for a better version to be basically kicked off the platform.

I'm really displeased with the dishonest practice of Lovo.
I bought the lifetime deal for tier 2, a few months later, they abandoned the project and moved to a different app, they called it Lovo AI, still under Lovo.
Worst of it all? They removed all the premium voices that came with the deal and made the platform very difficult to use.
This is very bad for Appsumo and Lovo.
I want a complete refund of my money with an apology.
There aren't any voices to use. ...not even the cartoon ones they left for LTD buyers. They took those too. In order to use any voice you must pay almost 70 USD monthly. This isn't what we purchased. It's disappointing that they did in fact steal as other reviews stated.
I used LOVO a lot for a couple months. I have old files / conversions saved in my LOVO profile.
Every single HD voice I used has been removed. There's only a strange cartoon HD voice that remains? So technically you have an HD voice... but it's a weird cartoon voice?
All the remaining voices don't convert - the words all end up broken mid-word so that it's all unusable audio. When you ask it to convert text into the lower quality voices, it will give you an error about five times in a row and then maybe it will convert on the sixth time.
Don't be under any illusion. What's left is not usable. They really did steal. Now they're running a LTD on LOVO for their new Genny services (I think?) but it's not clear.
One has to assume that means Genny by LOVO is about to become Denny by LOVO in a couple months.

LTD Purchased But No Voices
