Here’s a cleaner version that still keeps your frustration clear:

I was really hoping to like this calendar app. The designs are beautiful, and that’s what drew me in. It looked like it could create a more polished, professional booking experience than what I was already using.

Unfortunately, the setup process was frustrating and not user-friendly. I spent about 30 minutes trying to create a meeting, connect Zoom, and figure out how clients could choose between a Zoom meeting or a phone call. I had already connected the Zoom integration, but I still could not find a clear way to add it to a meeting or have a Zoom link generated automatically.

The customization options may be nice once you find them, but getting there is not intuitive. I also could not easily figure out how to connect my own URL or confirm whether Zoom links are supposed to be created automatically. Maybe I misunderstood what the app offers, but the experience made it very difficult to tell.

I was interested in trying this because it looked more visually appealing than Calendly, but the extra frustration is not worth it. Calendly was easy for me to set up, worked quickly, and did what I needed without wasting my time. My clients do not have a problem with Calendly, so there is no reason for me to switch to something that makes the process harder.

The app is attractive, but usability matters more. For me, this was wasted time, and I may try to get a refund if I still can. I’m giving it two stars because the design is nice, but the setup experience was too complicated and frustrating to recommend.

Genuinely find this software, simply outstanding, the overall experience is simple and small, which is crucial for me. Everything once you look at the dashboard is simple clear and you can clearly do anything you want to do even rooting forms as long as pre-book questions. I’m glad I catch it it before was gone! Great job!

I wish I could give more than two tacos because I feel proud to see Indian-based companies making progress like this and don't want to give bad rating/review. However, it had been a year, and the tool still isn’t fully suited for the Indian market.

Two essential things are missing:
>Indian payment gateway support – there is no Razorpay integration.No use of Paypal and Stripe for Indian Market.
>No Pabbly support – most users in India prefer Pabbly over Zapier.

I will update my rating and review once these features are implemented, but from the current direction, it doesn’t seem like a priority for them.

I have to give credit to the team here—LunaCal is a beautiful piece of software. The UI is fantastic and the overall idea behind the booking experience is solid.

That said, I ultimately had to request a refund. While it’s a powerful tool, it feels much more geared toward consultants, coaches, and meeting-heavy professionals. As someone running a brick-and-mortar service business, this just wasn't the right fit for my operational needs.

It would be awesome if the team eventually introduced a version or a feature set specifically tailored for physical service businesses rather than just digital meetings and consulting calls.

Good luck to the team—I think you have a great product on your hands, it’s just not for me at this stage!

I really like the layout and ease of use. Great color and layout. We rely heavily on communication and the fact that the text messages will cost extra is a no go for us.
