I wish I could give more than two tacos because I feel proud to see Indian-based companies making progress like this and don't want to give bad rating/review. However, it had been a year, and the tool still isn’t fully suited for the Indian market.

Two essential things are missing:
>Indian payment gateway support – there is no Razorpay integration.No use of Paypal and Stripe for Indian Market.
>No Pabbly support – most users in India prefer Pabbly over Zapier.

I will update my rating and review once these features are implemented, but from the current direction, it doesn’t seem like a priority for them.

I have to give credit to the team here—LunaCal is a beautiful piece of software. The UI is fantastic and the overall idea behind the booking experience is solid.

That said, I ultimately had to request a refund. While it’s a powerful tool, it feels much more geared toward consultants, coaches, and meeting-heavy professionals. As someone running a brick-and-mortar service business, this just wasn't the right fit for my operational needs.

It would be awesome if the team eventually introduced a version or a feature set specifically tailored for physical service businesses rather than just digital meetings and consulting calls.

Good luck to the team—I think you have a great product on your hands, it’s just not for me at this stage!

I really like the layout and ease of use. Great color and layout. We rely heavily on communication and the fact that the text messages will cost extra is a no go for us.

Intuitive, marketing aid and gorgeous landing page. I have my hands in a few pies. I got the Tier 2. I could connect all accounts (different companies) and also add users (within each company) to join. I am being clear here as I almost didn't get this when I thought this was not an option. It is. The team are super helpful also. Brilliant design options. You can also design landing page for the brand (each company) as a whole PLUS design each user's calendar to suit their own branding.

I've used Tidycal and Calendly, but what sets this app apart is the ability to design the booking window with reviews, bios, and other exciting things. The support is pretty good as well. They helped me resolve setting up the second business with its own calendar. I highly recommend this if you don't want to pay $20 a month a subscription.
