I assume, you're not sharing the info, so we do have to enter in payment details, and thus, renewal is opt-in via this action?

Nov 10, 2025A: Hi! You’re right, AppSumo doesn’t share any payment info with partners. You’ll need to enter a credit card to activate your 1-year subscriptions to CleanShot, Paste, and Willow Voice, but not for Roots. (For Paper, you won’t be asked to enter your credit card information, but the subscription is tied to your Apple ID and any associated payment methods.)
After your 12 months are up, each tool will auto-renew at it's full annual price through the partner unless you cancel beforehand. Please be sure to review each product's terms for specific pricing and renewal details.
