I believe in your approach to focus less on prompts and more on templates that maintain quality standards. I feel the only things missing, that I truly hope you're considering, is allowing the user to upload their own footage. Building out a template library sounds wonderful but, on a professional level (which is why I purchased your highest tier), clients tend to have very specific locations in mind that they'd like to display their products. This is typically to better connect with their ideal customer profile. Example being starbucks has opened a new location in a particular city and want to advertise a special drink that is unique to that location. I'd go out and grab footage of the location with hopes of bringing it into the magic app and animating the drink showing that specific location in the background.
