Hey Sumo-lings, 


MagicForm was acquired a few months ago and, at the time of the transition, they confirmed all LTDs would be supported. 


Unfortunately, it appears that Sumo-ling accounts have since been downgraded and that the new owner is not upholding their agreement with AppSumo. 


We're talking to their team to understand what's going on and we'll report back here and through Support tickets as soon as we learn more. Thanks for your patience.

Update from founder - 11/17/23

I have an update here for you all, and some things I wanted to share.

We’re ending the AppSumo campaign early by Wednesday of next week. This is to preserve the quality of support and service--the team has been flooded with so many questions and requests coming from all angles it has made prioritizing important work difficult. In hindsight, I should have had someone in place that wasn’t me for this. Lesson learned.

But there’s more. Almost all of what we’ve been working on we haven’t been public about. We have about a dozen competitors that blatantly copy our every move, and so have been building some groundbreaking new features and products in stealth for the last few months. We will be starting to share details soon. I don’t mean to be intentionally vague--but circumstances dictate that we must.

I will do my very best to answer questions and help with support through the end of this campaign and beyond, all I ask is that you bear with us. It’s an imperfect product. Our magicform has had more than 1900 conversations the past month with you all on our website. I’m not sure how we would have coped without it given we were still overwhelmed from people across email, discord, and the AppSumo site itself.
As every review and comment confirms--the conversation quality in unparalleled to anything else you will find in the marketplace. That’s where we spent 95% of our energy, focus and resources this year.

In our minds, how we represent your business to your customers is more important that anything else. With that said, there are bell and whistle features that don’t work perfectly everytime. For that, I apologize. I can’t guarantee perfection, but what I can do is guarantee that the team will continue to focus on the most important work and deliver technology with a quality that you can’t find elsewhere.
