Like most people, I purchased this to keep it in my back pocket for when I needed to clean an email list in the future. Based on the reviews, I assumed it worked fine but didn't try it out before my refund period expired.

Now that I'm actually attempting to use the product, it seems to be broken and unable to process even a basic email list. I've attempted to contact support for the past 2 days and haven't received a response to chat or email. Just really disappointed.
