Going to have to stop using

Just read the other reviews with horror after having similar issues. Owner just replied to a question of mine on here 2 days ago insisting the business is still running but skool community is 404, no reply to support emails. Errors in emails being sent.

Abandoned software? Zero support and damaging warm-up

I am writing this as my first ever 1-star review because the situation with Mailead has become critical. I purchased this based on the founder Jeremy’s reputation, but I feel completely abandoned.

1. Non-Existent Support:
I have been trying to get help for over two and a half months. I have sent multiple emails to support, and even to the specific address Jeremy claimed (here in review section) to personally monitor for escalated cases. I have received zero responses. The silence is absolute.

2. The Software is Harmful:
The main issue is the warm-up feature, which is currently destroying my email reputation rather than helping it.

The Error: The system is sending emails to addresses that do not exist.

The Impact: I am seeing a massive 50% failure rate on sent emails.

For anyone in email marketing, you know that a 50% bounce rate is catastrophic. It signals to providers that you are spamming. I am now stuck with paid software that I am terrified to turn on because it is actively damaging my domain.

It feels like the founder has moved on to other products and left Mailead to die. Jeremy, if you are reading this, I was expecting more from you and your personal brand...

All emails hacked with passwords

all email accounts i used with this have been hacked with email passwords. Eithr willfully or unwillfully this company is a danger to use. Avoid at all costs. NO SUPPORT, no way to contact or call or email. BAD!!!

Does not reply to customer support at all + Bugs

Bugs whereby I uploaded a bulk list of email domains to be imported into Mailead for use, and the system kept saying that those domains are already in the system, but it doesn't show any of those at all under the Email Accounts.
When I tried to connect each of those email domains individually, it doesnt work as well.
And customer support via different email addresses also did not respond repeatedly - please fix and attend to this issue!

Really poor support

I had really high hopes for this company, and I was excited to make a purchase. I trust their brand and have been a loyal customer for a while now. However, I’ve been having some issues with their emails. Often, the hyperlinks in the emails break, and sometimes the emails get disconnected without any warning or instructions on how to fix them. I’m really hoping that someone can help me out with this. I’m already part of the community and have posted multiple times about my issues, both on the forum and through email and direct messages. I’d really appreciate it if someone could take a look and see what’s going on. If you can fix my issues, I’d be more than happy to give you a higher rating!
