Q: Domains

Hello, does mailercloud supports multiple domains on tier 2, I am thinking that I can do the work with contacts segmentation (tagging) but to send different campaigns from different email address domains is that possible?

… I support having megapound accounts developed as mentioned in another question.

If I don’t mind separating contacts, can I activate campaigns from different clients emails (domains).

A: You can verify and add multiple sender domains in Mailercloud, including on Tier 2 plans. This allows you to send campaigns from different email addresses associated with those domains separately. So, if you manage contacts for different clients or segments, you can set up and send campaigns using distinct sender domains without mixing them.

If you prefer, separating contacts by domain or client and tagging them will help keep your campaigns organized. This setup supports your use case of activating campaigns from different client email domains like alavista.mx easily within the same account.

A: Mailercloud allows affiliate marketers to use the platform, provided they strictly comply with our policies. You can review our key guidelines here:

Privacy Policy => https://www.mailercloud.com/privacy-policy
Anti-Spam Policy => https://www.mailercloud.com/anti-spam-policy
Terms and Conditions => https://www.mailercloud.com/terms-and-conditions

The main restriction is that you should not use purchased or third-party email lists without explicit consent from recipients. Using only opted-in contacts ensures compliance and helps maintain deliverability and reputation. As long as your email marketing respects these rules, affiliate marketing activities are permitted.

Q: GDPR compliant and have double-optin?

Hi, I just wanted to confirm that you are GDPR compliant, data stored in EU and also double-optin? How does your deliverability stack up against the main competition and do you have statistics on this. Thanks

A: Hi John,

Mailercloud is GDPR compliant, and all EU customer data is stored in EU data centers. We don’t have a double opt-in feature yet, but it’s on our roadmap for release around mid-August. You can check our roadmap here: https://feedback.mailercloud.com/roadmap.

Our average delivery rate is 99.6%, though this can depend on your sending practices.
