So far it's a pretty straightforward and good platform. The only confusion I've run into is due to sender reputation being new, so requiring a slower start. It's a bit difficult to continue sending to a large list (i.e. limited to 5000 on day 1, how do I send to the next 5000 on the same list easily?). The rules for sending don't really have an easy workaround for this that I've seen so I'm working with support.

Don't worry, this limit isn't fixed forever! As you continue sending emails and adhere to good practices, we'll gradually increase this limit. Eventually, you might find yourself without any limit at all if everything goes smoothly. 😊

This can help manage how and when emails are sent to your list, making it easier to work within the daily sending limits.
