1. There is no limit on the number of custom domains that you can add to any site, for landing pages and for emails.
2. Yes, you are allowed to create multiple sites within a user account. Each site can be treated as a separate client, with their campaigns and contacts staying independent. This makes onboarding and off-boarding simple also.
3. While currently not supported, Whatsapp messaging is something that is on our roadmap.
4. Yes, custom HTML email templates are supported out of the box.
5. We manage the sending infrastructure in its entirety, including sending IPs and sender reputation, as well as managing subscriber consent. However, it is important to note that a large part of deliverability also depends on the contents of the email being sent.
6. Yes we do. You can set that up under "Integrations > HTTP POST" for forms.
7. We do have countdown timers for all campaigns including emails. Polls are currently not available.
8. We handle all sending, delivery and analytics for you. You do not need another service.
9. Yes absolutely. You can use the Files tool when designing Autoresponders to attach and deliver your lead magnets. Autoresponders are triggered as soon as a contact subscribes.

WhatsApp is on our roadmap, but it’s still early, so we can’t share a timeline or LTD specifics yet. We’ll share updates as it develops.
Sustainability: Mailmunch has been around since 2013. LTDs are one of several revenue streams alongside regular subscriptions across multiple platforms, giving us a diversified base to support LTD accounts long-term.
As for comparison, Mailmunch is comparable to leading email marketing and lead-capture tools. Our key difference is combining both in one platform, so you don’t need separate tools for email and lead capture.
