Not working right, no support at this point

It WAS an excellent product when they were running their LTD, but now there is no support, and the product is dead in Gmail.
It does not load and randomly asks to "Give Access to Gmail" when it already has access.
Overall, it has become "unreliable".

Poor customer service

When it came time to try this software, I couldn't, because I had registered it under an email account that I no longer own. Customer service wouldn't transfer the license to a different email account, even though this would mean I still only have one account contrary to their statement, "The terms of the deal were for one account per user." As they don't care about keeping a customer, I don't care about using their software anymore.

You should max stack this to the # of people in your company!

I bought 1 code to test Mailtag to see how it compares to other email tracking software we've used in the past. So far it's pretty good, and always improving. Ben has provided responsive support. This looks to be a great LTD solution to the mail tracking problem.

For us we don't want to use any of the free solutions out there due to the branding that it inserts on the email, and we wanted the tracking pixel to come from our custom domain (mycompany.com) which Mailtag supports.

From talking to Ben via Chat they'll have Team Management support coming out in 3 weeks (so Mid October?) which basically is a gamechanger. According to the messages he's sent this will be included to the AppSumo buyers as well.

I'm now max stacking this for all our employees.

Great tool to have

The tracking works as expected and I really like it because it helps us make decisions if a client have bought in the email or not. The user interface is fabulous and easy to navigate as well as the reporting.

I appreciate the location information though sometimes it does not give accurate location. Hopefully they will improve on that

Thanks for the kind words and feedback! So happy you are enjoying the app.

The location data is based off of the recipients IP, if they are using a VPN, or a pooled ISP it isn't going to be 100% accurate.
