Q: Is there any chance of still being able double our package with the reviews on other sites you had mentioned before?

I wanted to do it while it was being offered, and I started but I made it to a part that asked me to upload a picture of my website and I didn't have one ready at the time as one of them was scheduled to go live at a later date. I was still playing around on the back end and learning what the service was capable of and I truly liked what I saw. If it's too late, that's okay because I am very happy with the deal I received. An opportunity to double it up is a no-brainer. I wish my site was planned to be live sooner. Thanks for everything you guys are doing.

Q: Hi, We've been experiencing long wait times for ticket resolution.

Your site says that the Service Level Agreement is a priority 24hr. but we have experienced longer times than that and it is taking an unacceptable amount of time to resolve issues. I feel that the 24hr turnaround time on a ticket really should be a worst-case scenario and ticket response time has regularly exceeded that.

Please let me know what plans you have to meet (and hopefully exceed) your SLA. As it stands, we are finding ourselves in the position of having to find another solution for hosting because the service we are receiving reflects poorly on us.
