acccount MakersHost want to charge me a fee each year for this. That was one big reason I purchased the lifetime plan. If you claim to be an alternative to GoDaddy, and offer a lifetime deal that includes '10 websites/custom domains'...how else are people meant to interpret this. Feel ripped off

Couldn't agree more. On top of that, the supposedly 'unlimited' plan that I spent nearly $900 on do I could fully stacked and setup to manage client sites, many of which you have now told me are 'over limits' and just severed the connection to the database and yet give no clear answer as to why.
I did finally get a response from support, after 4 days, 1 day after I'd moved my sites to another 20i Reseller where I had my site up and running within 20 mins and had support replies well within 24 hours...
io expires Sept 14 2022, in less than 2 months. I recall seeing that your company has funding for 10 years - why haven't you registered the domain for longer? Will you be renewing this and should I have any concern that your company won't be around soon
