Q: Hi I have a question on Instance.
I have one website (domain). However, due to the way of plitting the members area, I have 2 installations of Wordpress.
Will this work as 1 instance? The name of the business is exactly the same.

An instance is a complete version of Malcolm! - your content (FAQ and/or Workflows), your branding, a custom domain, a hosted hub and a set of control panel users.
Using embeds you can pull Malcolm! content into many different websites on different domains - there is no limit on this.
You only need an additional instance if you wanted (for example) more than one hosted hub or you have two sets of content aimed at totally different audiences that you wanted to keep totally separate from each other.
