I used ManyContacts for a few months BUT the platform never disclosed that connecting WhatsApp through the QR code method could become outdated or potentially risky, including the possibility of WhatsApp restricting or banning accounts using this approach.
Now, they are charging extremely high monthly fees to access the WhatsApp API through their platform, despite the fact that they are not the provider of the API itself. It feels like users are being forced into an expensive solution without being given reasonable alternatives. And they don't even have to pay anything at all (Man, this really upsets me).
Because of this, I will be looking for another platform or simply continue using WhatsApp directly on my PC and mobile devices.
I cannot recommend this platform. I strongly dislike services that lock users into paid options with no flexibility or alternative available. AND, without letting you know the TRUTH form the get go.

This is my first one star rating review. They change the plan, and we can't use the automation feature using zapier/pabbly anymore, without any prior notification. Not good.

Un producto que me parecía maravilloso, ahora es un chat para poner notitas, mensajes programados y demás, pero si quieres automatización, bots y productos que se ofrecía gratuitamente a los que compramos y funcionaban, se tendría que gastar otro dinero mensual para poder gestionarse.
Sé que hacen un buen trabajo, pero quitar los servicios a quienes empezaron a confiar en el producto no ha sido satisfactorio. Estoy muy desilusionada. Muchas gracias por todo este tiempo.
