This is not a freemium service at all. The AppSumo plan you purchased includes unlimited conversations, unlimited tags, unlimited users, funnels, unlimited contacts (with up to 2 admins),... It also includes both WhatsApp QR and the WhatsApp API connector.

What it does not include is the automation part (such as CRM integrations like Odoo or HubSpot) those require a separate monthly subscription. This is clearly explained in the deal. Also the AI part can be used but need to purchase AI credits.

To put things in perspective: this same level of service costs over $100/month with other providers, while here you got it for a one-time payment of $49. That’s a lifetime deal, not a freemium product.

And of course, if you are not satisfied, AppSumo offers a refund option, no need to see it as a scam.
